I would highly recommend Sarah as a very knowledgeable and skilled therapist. She uses all her experience she has gained in sport to ensure a patient centered focus to her treatments. She is always learning and developing herself so she can be the best at what she does, putting new knowledge into practice which makes her up to date and current. She also works well with others ensuring she communicates with the wider team when needed for the best patient outcome. I put my body through it's paces. Sarah keeps me in one piece with massage and reformer work depending on what I need on a particular week. Her knowledge of movement and it's precise application into sports specific conditioning is amazing. - Emily Garrod-Cox, Ariel Circus School Instructor, Elite climbing Instructor, Competitive climber
I have known Sarah for 19 years, she first looked after me when I had a frozen shoulder caused by nursing my second baby. She has regularly massaged me helping me to avoid further problems with my various joints affected by long term Rheumatoid Arthritis. I now also use her Pilates reformer which has allowed me to work my body at a safe pace for my RA. Sarah, so caring and thoughtful always comes up with ideas for the best way for me to exercise safely without causing joint stresses. - Lindsey Jupp
Sarah has helped me to continue training and run multiple marathons whilst cycling 200+ miles per week by having regular massage treatments. She has helped me to stay injury free! - Tom G
I decided to seek help from Sarah Tidey after struggling for nearly two years with daily back and shoulder pain. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Sarah identified the root cause if my problem and following three treatment sessions of intensive manual release work alongside targeted exercise i was amazed to find that the problem had completely resolved. I really cannot recommend her highly enough! Paul Houghoughi - Chartered Physiotherapist
I’ve been seeing Sarah for massage since 2013 - she has helped me progress from standard distance triathlons through to full Ironman distance racing. The training demands of these races puts your body under lots of stresses and strains and I particularly find I suffer from lower back and upper leg stiffness. Regular visits to Sarah have definitely prevented any significant injury. Sarah has been able to diagnose problem areas and work on these to keep me on the road and my body as comfortable as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to anybody who is looking for a highly experienced sports massage therapist – she is one of the best out there without a doubt. - Chris Goodall
I have known Sarah since 2002 when I was working as a physiotherapist at Therapeutics in Eastleigh. We soon became firm friends as well as colleagues and she inspired me to embark on the Body Control Pilates Instructor course which was quite a challenge and not one I might have persevered with without her support. Since then we have worked and trained together and I have huge admiration for all Sarah has achieved, her knowledge, ability and professionalism. - Hazel Mellers BSc MCSP
Sarah has been teaching me Pilates for over 10 years now and her classes never fail to motivate, challenge and inspire me. Her teaching style is relaxed and informative. Every week we do different exercises and use of lots of varied equipment which makes the classes fun as well as incredibly beneficial. I would never want to do Pilates with anyone else!! - Catherine Hahn
I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah for 8 years in a professional capacity and also as a patient receiving soft tissue therapy. I can honestly say that she is the most knowledgeable and thorough soft tissue therapist I have every worked with and her amazing results are testament to her hard work and individual care she gives to each patient. She is a highly regarded Senior teacher at the London School of Sports Massage where she has given hundreds of students an amazing training in sports massage therapy so they can start up their own careers. You will get much more than just a massage with Sarah as she looks at the problem in a functional way and is always looking to further her knowledge and get the best outcome for the patient - a 5 star treatment all the way! - Susie Toms MSCP, HPC, AACP Chartered Physiotherapist
